“ This is the ONLY real wings and fries fish establishment in Valparaiso and it is superb! My family ordered their perch, catfish, shrimp, chicken tenders, and wings. Everything was cooked to perfection! They actually season their food with flavorful herbs and spices not just dry cornmeal batter. It's fried to a tender crisp and not overdone like most places tend to do. The dine in area is clean and well spaced out to accommodate social distancing. The owner and staff are very friendly as well. I recommend calling ahead to place an order whether you plan on dining in or take out because there is a wait for the food to be prepared. But believe me when I say, it's worth it! They are in the process of hiring more cooks and servers so that should help. If you want the best fish and wings in town, head straight to Louie's and prepare to be amazed! ”
“ WOW! I typically stray away from fried fish, but I've read nothing but glowing reviews about this place so we decided to try it today! For 17, the amount of food you get is ridiculous, I couldn't believe how much was in the box drink. Everything was seasoned well, food was hot catfish was phenomenal. Lava sauce is 10/10, I love spicy food and typically am disappointed with how spicy it is. This had my mouth burning for once in my life. Will be returning! Awesome stuff. ”
“ My mother had a taste for catfish and this particular place was closest to where I was at so I stopped in here to see how it was. Currently they’re renovating, but the staff offered I try their food and I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want to intrude but they said it was fine. I decided to get my mother her catfish and I tried the perch. I waited for a lil bit and he came out with samples for my mother and I. That first bit of the perch was wonderful and I love the way it tastes. My mother also loves the catfish, (they didn’t fry it hard due to my mom’s condition) and she enjoyed it a lot. The staff are already great with customers and are very friendly. That’s a win in my book and the food tastes great so definitely check them out! ”

“ wings were nice and crispy, well seasoned, tasted just as good as the first bite every time. Fries were salted well but unevenly, beside that they were delicious and cooked well. I got the mild hot sauce with my food, and it was the perfect blend between spicy and sweet. Sauce was a good consistency and is perfect for dipping or drizzling on your food. The guy at the counter was kind and informative. Can say with confidence that Louie wings and catfish are gonna be my new go-to for wings. ”
